Responsibilities Assist with and help manage all maintenance operations , with a heavy focus on unit make-ready processes, inspections, and ongoing projects Handle administrative maintenance tasks in AppFolio (work orders, status updates, tracking, and reporting) Manage the make-ready board daily — prioritize units, track progress, coordinate timelines, and keep status current Order and track maintenance supplies and materials as needed Serve as the primary liaison between the make-ready/maintenance team, the sales/leasing team, and property management to ensure smooth communication and timely unit turns Respond to and resolve resident maintenance concerns promptly, professionally, and with a sense of urgency to prevent escalation Conduct or coordinate unit inspections and follow up on maintenance-related issues Support overall property operations including rent collection, delinquency follow-up, move-in/move-out paperwork, renewals, and daily AppFolio entries as needed Maintain strong resident relations and complete all tasks with accuracy and urgency Produce reports and assist the Property Manager with operational needs Qualifications Multi-family property management experience (maintenance coordination or make-ready experience strongly preferred) Experience with AppFolio software a plus Strong organizational, follow-through, and communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends Self-starter with a true "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
