Job Description

Position Summary:
Richmark Properties is seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to lead the operations of a multifamily apartment community. This individual will take full ownership of the property's financial performance, team development, resident satisfaction, and physical appearance, while maintaining compliance and controlling expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the daily operations of the property to meet or exceed income goals and remain within budgeted expenses Manage, mentor, and support on-site staff; promote a culture of trust, growth, and accountability Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects Identify and implement strategies to improve property performance and operational efficiency Ensure adherence to all federal Fair Housing laws, as well as applicable local ordinances Oversee apartment renovations and upgrades as needed Handle resident concerns and emergencies with professionalism and effective problem-solving Maintain accurate records and reporting in property management software (ResMan experience is a plus)
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager at a multifamily community High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience managing renovations or capital improvements is a plus Proficiency in ResMan software is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Compensation & Schedule:
Competitive Salary Possible monthly Leasing.
Renewal, Delinquency Bonuses Schedule:
o Monday to Friday o Weekend availability may be required
