This energetic leader will drive property performance, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, leasing, and administrative functions, with a passion for fostering positive tenant relationships and operational excellence. As a key member of our team, you will motivate your team to achieve goals, uphold company standards, and deliver outstanding living experiences for residents. Duties Manage daily operations across multiple properties, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of leasing, maintenance, and administrative activities Oversee property leasing processes, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and contract management Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 8 programs, and other federal/state housing laws Utilize property management software ResMan to track data entry, rent collections, maintenance requests, and occupancy status Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to uphold safety standards and enhance property appeal Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive tenant relations Handle legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law, lease enforcement, and eviction procedures when necessary Develop strategies for upselling amenities or additional services to increase revenue streams Maintain accurate filing systems for contracts, legal documents, inspection reports, and compliance records Lead conflict management efforts by mediating tenant disputes professionally and effectively Experience Proven experience in property management with a focus on residential communities or multifamily housing Strong knowledge of LIHTC programs, Section 8 housing vouchers, Fair Housing regulations, and landlord-tenant law Proficiency in property management software ResMan Demonstrated ability to manage leasing activities from application processing to move-in procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting tenant relationships through effective communication and negotiation Background in real estate administrative tasks including data entry, filing, contracts review, and legal documentation handling Experience in facilities management or property maintenance coordination is preferred Exceptional conflict management skills combined with professional phone etiquette and office experience Ability to upsell services or amenities that enhance resident satisfaction while supporting revenue goals Join us as a District Property Manager if you're ready to lead vibrant communities with energy and purpose!
