Job Overview We are a locally owned HOA management company serving HOA communities across the Bryan-College Station area. We're seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant HOA Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll support the daily operations of our homeowner associations, ensuring smooth communication between residents, vendors, boards, and management. Responsibilities Support day-to-day community operations, including coordinating maintenance requests and vendor services to keep properties to standard. Process Architectural & Exterior Modification Requests (ARC/ACC) and resale certificates, ensuring compliance with HOA governing documents and Texas Property Code Chapter 209. Handle resident inquiries by phone and email, providing responsive, professional service and resolving issues efficiently — we hold ourselves to a standard of responding to 90% of communications within one business day. Maintain accurate records in HOA/property management software (Vantaca, Appfolio, CINC, or similar); perform data entry, filing, and document management. Support budgeting, invoice processing, and financial reporting related to community expenses and reserve funds. Help mediate resident concerns and facilitate clear communication between homeowners, boards, and vendors to promote community harmony. Attend occasional evening board or homeowner meetings as needed (no after-hours on-call required). Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations, Texas Property Code Chapter 209, and other governing HOA law. Requirements Experience in HOA management, property management, or real estate administration; familiarity with HOA/property management software (Vantaca, Appfolio, CINC, or similar) is a strong plus. Working knowledge of HOA regulations preferred. Excellent customer service skills with professional phone and written communication. Demonstrated ability to navigate resident conflicts and negotiate solutions effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Comfort with data entry, filing, and general office/administrative work. Flexibility to attend occasional evening meetings.

From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 37.0 per week
