In this role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a background in property management or real estate administration. You will play a key role in maintaining tenant satisfaction and ensuring compliance with property regulations. We are looking for someone who can commit for a few years rather than just a semester and is available for 40 hours a week, with the possibility of more hours during busier periods. Responsibilities Completing leasing paperwork and files Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests Contacting tenants as needed for maintenance issues Maintaining organized and updated resident files and records Receiving and paying invoices Performing various administrative tasks Running occasional errands Occasionally letting contractors into houses Walking and inspecting properties during make-ready season Skills Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and file management. Excellent conflict management abilities to handle tenant disputes professionally. Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks related to property management. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
