The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day program operations, supervising direct-care staff, coordinating services, monitoring documentation, and helping ensure services are provided in accordance with individual plans, company policies, Texas HHSC requirements, and applicable Medicaid HCS requirements. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, relevant IDD experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, person-centered environment for the individuals we serve.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery within the residential program Supervise, support, and provide direction to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other residential staff Develop and maintain staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing coverage Coordinate coverage for call-outs, vacancies, emergencies, and schedule changes Participate in interviewing, onboarding, orientation, supervision, and training of employees Ensure staff are appropriately qualified and trained for their assigned responsibilities Monitor required employee training and ongoing compliance requirements Ensure services are provided according to each individual's applicable service plans, implementation plans, behavior support plans, and other care instructions Review staff documentation and service records for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness Maintain organized resident, personnel, training, and compliance records Coordinate resident appointments, transportation, community activities, and other service needs Communicate professionally with individuals, families, legally authorized representatives, service coordinators, healthcare professionals, staff, and other members of the individual's support team Monitor and protect the health, safety, rights, dignity, and well-being of individuals receiving services Ensure suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, incidents, injuries, and other reportable events are addressed and reported according to applicable requirements Monitor medication-related procedures and documentation within the scope of the position and applicable nursing/delegation requirements Assist with emergency preparedness, safety procedures, and required drills Ensure the residential setting remains safe, clean, organized, properly maintained, and appropriately supplied Help maintain compliance with applicable Texas

Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old At least 3 years of qualifying experience planning and providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities or related conditions Previous professional experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Knowledge of
