WE ARE URGENTLY SEEKING LEAD

Youth Care Specialists to assist in daily operations and supervision of youth, ages 9 to 17, in our 24 hour Residential Treatment Center. This position requires passion, flexibility, structure, and TLC.​ Prefer 3 yearS experience working in Residential Treatment Center settings.

SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY, WHO POSSESS THE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE.

Must be familiar with Minimum Standards, related to supervision in RTC environment. Must pass a background check and urine drug screen. Will require professional references.

Essential Functions:

Monitoring and Supervision 24/hours Possess the ability to lead Direct Care Staff with consistency, calmness, direction, and instructions. Able to maintain a structured schedule and support Direct Care Staff in monitoring and supervision. Develop positive rapport with youth while serving as a role model to create a safe and caring environment. Must exhibit a strong presence at all times, being firm but fair. Must ensure all forms and progress notes are properly completed to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. Must follow all State mandated policies and Inspirational Hope House procedures.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
