Community Association Manager HOA Manager Corinth, TX $55,000 to $65,000 per year Full-time in-person Ready to grow your career beyond multifamily property management Join a family-owned company that promotes from within, invests in its team, and values your long-term success Secure Association Management is seeking a motivated and professional Community Association Manager to manage a portfolio of HOA communities. We welcome candidates with multifamily experience who are ready to expand their career into HOA management. Position Overview You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors, overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and community success. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of HOA communities Lead and attend Board meetings and provide guidance Conduct regular site visits and inspections Oversee vendors and ensure quality service Assist with budgets, financials, and reporting Communicate with homeowners, Boards, and internal teams Requirements Minimum 2 years of property management experience required Multifamily experience strongly preferred HOA experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Customer-focused and solutions-driven Additional Information Employment is contingent upon completion of a standard background screening Compensation and Benefits $55,000 to $65,000 annual salary based on experience Health and dental insurance after 90 days Paid time off 10 paid holidays per calendar year Growth opportunities and promotion from within Supportive family-oriented team Work Environment In an office position Evening Board meetings are part of the role and scheduled in advance Apply today to take the next step in your property management career with a company that invests in you.
