Dallas, TX Shift:

10:00 PM - 6:00 AM TAC7 Security Solutions is seeking an experienced, dependable, and physically capable Night Shift Residential Security Officer for a high-net-worth client in the Dallas area. This is not a passive security post. Officers must remain awake, alert, mobile, and attentive throughout the entire overnight shift . The position requires regular patrols, strong situational awareness, professional interaction, and the ability to recognize and respond to unusual activity. Responsibilities Conduct regular and irregular foot patrols of the residence, grounds, gates, driveway, and perimeter. Monitor CCTV, alarms, access-control systems, and designated security areas. Identify suspicious persons, vehicles, activity, packages, or changes around the property. Control access and verify authorized visitors, vendors, contractors, staff, and deliveries. Check gates, doors, windows, garages, and other access points. Respond appropriately to alarms, disturbances, medical incidents, fire emergencies, and security concerns. Contact law enforcement, fire/EMS, or TAC7 supervision when required. Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports, patrol logs, and incident reports. Maintain accountability for keys, radios, access devices, and assigned equipment. Provide professional shift briefings and follow all client-specific post orders. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the client, family, residence, visitors, schedules, vehicles, and security procedures. Minimum Qualifications Previous professional security experience required. Residential security, executive protection, military, law-enforcement, or corporate security experience preferred. Ability to remain awake, alert, and focused during overnight hours. Physically capable of repeated foot patrols, extended standing and walking, climbing stairs, and responding quickly when required. Strong situational awareness and attention to detail. Professional appearance and communication skills. Strong written reporting skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to successfully complete company background and employment screening requirements. Professional Expectations TAC7 is looking for security professionals who understand the responsibility of protecting a private residence. Sleeping while on duty is strictly prohibited. Officers must remain engaged with the security environment throughout the shift. Excessive personal phone use, headphones, gaming, streaming, or other activities that interfere with situational awareness are not permitted. Discretion and confidentiality are mandatory. Client information, photographs, schedules, addresses, security procedures, and household activities may not be disclosed or posted on social media.
