The Ideal Candidate Will Have - Leadership Sales Customer Service Several years of salon management experience Proven sales experience and the ability to help drive salon growth Strong leadership and management skills Exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills with ability to learn, utilize management systems The ability to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities The ability to work independently, make decisions, and take initiative A positive attitude and a genuine desire to create a successful salon environment

Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon Leading, supporting, and communicating with salon professionals Providing exceptional customer service and helping resolve client concerns Managing daily operations and ensuring the salon runs efficiently Supporting sales and helping identify opportunities for growth Addressing issues and difficult situations in a professional and timely manner Maintaining a positive, professional, and welcoming salon environment Handling administrative and computer-related responsibilities Helping ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed
