How You'll Achieve it Oversee daily property operations from cleanliness and safety to vendor coordination and inspections. Lead and develop your team, providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability. Maintain accurate and organized records by reviewing leases, move-out reconciliations, renewals, and financial documentation. Support leasing and resident relations through collaboration and applying your experience, ensuring all communications are timely and professional. Manage collections and deposits in alignment with our financial policies. Walk the property daily to ensure safety, curb appeal, and maintenance standards are met. Uphold compliance across housing paperwork, audits, and reporting to ownership or lenders.
