We are currently seeking an Residential Supervisor who has a passion for providing the highest quality care in an institutional, secure setting. The Resident Supervisor performs routine duties to maintain open communications and order and to provide for the care, direct supervision, and safety of residents in housing areas, at meals, during recreation and during all other phases of activity in the residential center. This position reports to a Senior Resident Supervisor or above. Responsible for maintaining order and security of detainees in a detention facility. Able to work any shift, as you may be assigned to a variety of posts including, but not limited to, armory/key control, housing units, kitchen, medical, visitation, etc..
