As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Galveston, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the property, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help support authorized entry, visitor awareness, and compliance with property rules and post instructions. Communicate with property management, tenants, and/or emergency personnel as needed regarding incidents, suspicious activity, and other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
