Pay:
Up to $41,600 annually (DOE) Full-Time A national real estate investment company specializing in manufactured housing communities is hiring a talented Community Manager to oversee one Texas community in Harlingen, TX. If you enjoy leadership, problem-solving, and seeing your work directly improve resident experience, this is a high-impact role with autonomy and visibility. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day operations across one established community Drive occupancy, sales, and revenue goals Ensure clean, safe, and compliant communities through daily oversight Deliver exceptional resident service and build community rapport Monitor budgets, utilities, collections & monthly financial performance Enforce policies and community standards consistently Oversee maintenance and ensure timely work order completion Walk homes to confirm quality repairs and cost-effective readiness Maintain collections rate of 3% or less What You Bring Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong sales experience with a proven ability to drive leasing performance is required 3-5 years of Community Manager experience in property management Confident with Microsoft Office and online systems Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Flexible to work some weekends as needed
