Luxury Community & Golf Club (Security & Community Manager)

$100,000- $115,000 based on experience We are seeking a seasoned Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer to serve as a Security / Community Manager for a premier luxury residential community and private golf club. This position is ideal for a mature, professional security leader who understands that exceptional security is built on customer service, relationship management, and proactive problem-solving. The Security / Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, managing access control, building relationships with residents and club members, coordinating with HOA and club leadership, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment throughout the community. Responsibilities Oversee daily security operations, access control, and patrol activities. Act as the primary liaison between residents, club members, management, contractors, and security personnel. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents through professional and responsive customer service. Manage incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions. Coordinate contractor and vendor access while ensuring compliance with community policies. Conduct regular property inspections and identify security, safety, or operational concerns. Assist with special events, resident concerns, and emergency response activities. Develop and maintain security procedures, post orders, and operational documentation. Ensure security personnel maintain professional appearance, conduct, and performance standards. Utilize security technology, access control systems, cameras, and reporting platforms to support operations. Provide regular updates and recommendations to community and club leadership. Qualifications Active Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer License. Minimum of 15 years of security, law enforcement, military, executive protection, or related leadership experience. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth individuals, residents, guests, and club members. Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and security reporting software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in luxury residential communities, country clubs, executive protection, hospitality, or private security management. Military leadership or law enforcement experience. Experience with access control, video surveillance, and security technology platforms. CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
