Job Description

Overview TMC Management Company is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Commercial Property Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who can take ownership of property service issues and follow them through to completion. This is NOT an Apartment Management Company. Commercial office and retail center experience preferred. Responsibilities Coordinate tenant maintenance and service requests. Manage vendors, contractors, bids, and repair projects. Obtain and compare proposals and monitor work through completion. Track work orders, projects, inspections, and deadlines. Assist with property budgets and Excel expense tracking. Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and management. Assist with property inspections and required compliance items. Maintain organized property records and documentation. Learn and use Rent Manager software. Identify problems, prioritize tasks, and follow through without constant supervision. Ideal Candidate Highly organized with excellent follow-through. Strong communicator with good judgment. Comfortable working with vendors and contractors. Able to understand basic commercial construction and building systems. Comfortable with Excel, budgets, and numbers. Able to manage multiple priorities and stay on task. Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative. Commercial property, facilities, construction, or maintenance experience preferred. The right person doesn't wait to be told about every next step—they see a problem, figure out what needs to happen, and follow it through. $28-$33/hour depending on experience. Full-time, Monday-Friday. Benefits and paid time off provided according to company policy.

$28.00 - $33.00 per hour
