The firm remains actively engaged in all aspects of the multifamily housing market, executing a disciplined strategy across varying market cycles. Our team is comprised of motivated, dependable, and character-driven individuals. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our management team at The Leo at Lewisville, a brand-new multifamily community in Lewisville, TX. This position will play an integral role in the lease-up of a newly developed community, supporting both leasing and day-to-day property operations as occupancy grows. The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the Property Manager and onsite team to drive leasing activity, support financial performance, provide an exceptional resident experience, and help establish strong operational standards through stabilization. This position offers a competitive base salary plus lease-up commissions, providing additional earning potential as the community grows. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day property operations and new construction lease-up activities Assist with leasing, prospect follow-up, applications, move-ins, and resident onboarding Manage resident accounts, rent collections, and delinquency follow-up Assist with lease administration, move-outs, and account documentation Maintain accurate resident records and support property reporting Provide professional and timely communication to prospects and residents Assist with resident retention, community events, and ongoing leasing initiatives Support the Property Manager in achieving occupancy, leasing, and financial goals Ensure compliance with company policies, lease requirements, and Fair Housing guidelines Qualifications Previous multifamily property management or assistant property management experience preferred Lease-up or new construction experience is a plus Strong leasing, customer service, and resident relations skills Experience with resident accounts, collections, and lease administration Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced lease-up environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and multifamily operations
