Key Responsibilities Portfolio Operations Direct the overall performance, curb apple, and physical condition of multiple properties. . Financial Management Prepare, monitor, and manager annual operating and capital budgets to maximize property profitability. Team Leadership Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise on-site property managers and staff. Operational Strategy Develop and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for leasing, maintenance, customer service, and vendor procurement across the portfolio. Risk & Compliance Ensure adherence to local, state and federal regulations, including Fair Housing and OSHA laws. Requirements Qualifications & Skills 3-5+ years of multi-site property management experience, with a proven track record managing portfolios of 1,000+ units Strong financial acumen , leadership capability, and crisis management skills.
