  • $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
  • Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.
  • We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 254-unit apartment community in Mesquite!
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements At least three years of experience in on-site property management. Must have Assistant Community Manager experience. Strong bookkeeping and organization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs. Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
