Job Description
Crystal Care Home Health is seeking a dependable, organized, bilingual Office & Human Resources Assistant to support our daily office operations. This position serves as a first point of contact for employees, patients, applicants, and visitors while assisting with front-desk operations, hiring, employee records, EVV, payroll, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable working with multiple software systems, able to handle confidential information, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced home healthcare office. Responsibilities Answer and route calls accurately and courteously using a multi-line phone system. Welcome visitors, employees, etc. who enter the office lobby Perform administrative duties including: filing, scanning, faxing, data entry, proofreading, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and delivery Complete employment verifications, professional license checks, OIG exclusion checks, background checks, and Texas New Hire reporting. Prepare onboarding documents and ensure new-hire files are complete. Track employee credentials and deadlines including: licenses, identification, evaluations, training, and other required documentation - notifying employees and supervisors of approaching expiration. Learn and assist with EVV (electronic visit verification).
