About the role Full time, onsite position Generally an 8-5 Monday-Friday schedule, but could vary and include weekends when needed Full Benefits, including health, vision, dental, 401(K), PTO and paid training Skills and Abilities Great communication and soft skills are a must in this role.

Self-discipline and independency Reliable with attendance (also comfortable with working alone and with limited staff) Ability to ask questions when needed, but also use critical thinking skills Willingness/ ability to clean thoroughly with HIGH attention to detail Coachable and willing to accept feedback Analytical thinking (tracking trends, improving performance) Time management and organization Computer and documentation skills Social media marketing and creativity High energy, exceptional customer service and patience/empathy with members Key Responsibilities Sales - a large part of the club manager role is centered around membership and training sales. Managers must convert leads to members through daily follow-ups, relationship building, ability to empathize, and follow through. The ability to speak to our training program and how to leverage our technology (AF App, body scanner, heart rate monitors, etc.) to support the growth of the training department is a must. Brand promoters - when you love your gym, others will too! The club manager establishes relationships with businesses to promote the brand through B2B marketing. This includes community events and building value through prospect interactions Team builders - leading a team and driving results through motivation and fun is a key part of being a club manager. This person is hired to inspire team members by fostering a trusting and positive environment while hitting the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive success. Day-to-day operations - The gym does not run itself. You need to be present, available for your staff and members and have a good understanding of how to handle multiple tasks and situations. Especially in times of busyness or limited staff. Daily upkeep- There will be a LOT of cleaning involved. Our franchise holds itself to a very high standard with cleaning. You will have a part time member to help with this, but we prepared to clean 3-4 hours per shift as needed Culture creators - club managers love creating an environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences with friends and family. They deliver top-notch customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person they meet.

From $17.00 per hour
