Role:

As a bilingual Vietnamese and English Property Manager at

RDE CAPITAL GROUP

LLC, you will play a vital role in overseeing an apartment community in North Richland Hills, TX. Join our dynamic team and help create a welcoming environment for our residents while ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of residential properties, ensuring high tenant satisfaction. Communicate effectively with tenants and vendors in both English and Spanish. Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met. Handle lease agreements, renewals, and tenant inquiries. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants. Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations. Foster positive relationships with tenants and the community.

Requirements:

Proven experience in property management or a related field. Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of property management software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
