Strong HOA/community association management experience Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience HOA budgeting experience Knowledge of Texas HOA management laws Strong financial acumen and understanding of association financials Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong time-management skills The current role profile emphasizes HOA management knowledge, budgeting, supervisory experience, Texas HOA law, financial knowledge, communication, organization, and prioritization skills. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Relevant professional, industry, and leadership experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
