Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for tenants, contractors, engineers, surveyors, brokers, and internal teams to ensure properties are operating efficiently and projects remain on schedule. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills who can manage multiple priorities, oversee vendors, coordinate capital improvement projects, and maintain positive tenant relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in both property operations and commercial real estate development. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties. Coordinate with surveyors, civil engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects progress according to schedule. Monitor capital improvement, renovation, and maintenance projects from planning through completion. Serve as the primary liaison for tenants regarding maintenance requests, complaints, lease-related questions, and operational concerns. Coordinate repairs and maintenance with internal teams and construction contractors while ensuring quality and timely completion. Track project schedules, permits, inspections, and regulatory approvals, including licenses such as TABC when required. Work closely with property owners, brokers, and leasing agents regarding tenant improvements, lease renewals, and new tenant build-outs. Assist with lease administration, tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs. Monitor rent collections and coordinate with accounting to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service agreements, and oversee contractor performance. Maintain project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, invoices, change orders, and progress reports. Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for operational improvements. Coordinate warehouse operations, facility maintenance, equipment management, and inventory related to property operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, local building codes, safety regulations, and operational procedures. Prepare reports on property performance, maintenance activities, project status, and operational metrics for management. Experience Experience in commercial property management, construction management, facilities management, real estate operations, or a related field. Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, project coordination, and contractor management. Experience working with surveyors, engineers, architects, permitting agencies, and inspectors. Knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, and commercial property operations. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience coordinating maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects. Strong budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and contract administration skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software, and property management systems is preferred. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
