Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist Experience with psychoeducational assessments and interpretation Strong understanding of special education processes and IEP development Effective communication and collaboration skills Previous work in K-12 schools preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and score assessments to determine areas of need for students Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Provide consultation to teachers, parents, and staff regarding effective interventions Develop and monitor individualized student plans Advocate for students' academic, social, and emotional well-being Maintain accurate clinical records and timely documentation in compliance with school guidelines
