He/she will have full responsibility of managing daily operations to ensure maximum occupancy while delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

Advertise units and negotiate lease terms Perform resident screenings Act as liaison between residents and property owner Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints Coordinate maintenance schedule with Maintenance Supervisor Create, train, mentor and manage a cohesive staff

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in market-rate property management is preferred Strong interpersonal skills Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and industry software Ability to work with minimal supervision
