Job Description
Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Area Community Director in Sherman, TX 75090 The successful candidate will: 2-4 years of experience in property management or business. Prior experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred from a four-year college or university. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Professional demeanor with experience in property management or business Strong communication, listening, customer service, and negotiation skills Team leadership: ability to lead, manage, train, and collaborate effectively Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure Calm, patient, consistent, and composed in emergencies or high-stress situations
