Apartment Leasing Manager:

We're looking for an energetic, detail-driven leasing professional who thrives on connecting with people, delivering standout service, and keeping operations moving forward. In this highly visible role, you'll influence occupancy, support community performance, and make an impact from day one.

You'll:

Create excitement, build trust, and turn prospects into residents while driving occupancy and helping achieve revenue goals Keep community accounts running smoothly by managing rent collection, posting payments, and issuing late notices Make each interaction count by guiding residents through move-out notices, service requests, and transfer requests with care and efficiency Take ownership of key managerial responsibilities and help daily community operations stay organized, responsive, and on track Safeguard resident trust by maintaining strict confidentiality of all information and documentation Keep the details on point by preparing accurate reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation Showcase the community online by supporting an engaging social media presence that builds visibility and generates traffic Coach, encourage, and develop the Leasing Agent to elevate individual and team performance Deliver memorable service that makes current residents feel valued and prospective renters eager to join the community Collaborate closely with the Property Manager and onsite team to help the entire community succeed Do You Have What It Takes to Thrive as an Apartment Leasing Manager? At least 2 years of previous Assistant Manager experience in the apartment industry, plus strong leasing experience (REQUIRED) A natural ability to connect, sell, lease, and confidently close the deal Standout customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills A professional presence, polished appearance, and dependable work ethic The flexibility to support the community when it matters— some weekends are
