Job description We are looking for a Experienced Property Manager to join our team at an apartment community located in Sulphur Springs, TX! Looking for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious, organized, and able to work with the team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Increasing occupancy Provide excellent customer service Collect, deposit and post rental and other income Market the community and perform leasing activities as needed Supervise and motivate the property staff

REQUIRED SKILLS

Experience in the property management industry (2 years minimum), preferably as Manager or Assistant Manager. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient computer skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Time management skills.

REQUIREMENTS

HS Diploma - Bachelor's Degree a plus. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
