Assistant Property Manager

Looking to make a change? ! Assistant Property Manager Job Duties will include (but are not limited to): Assist with leases, renewals, and move-ins and move-outs Assist with processing rent and deposits Assist with responding to billing and leasing questions and concerns Assist with the collections process Assist with responding to tenant complaints as needed Other task as needed Job requirements: Minimum two years experience as Assistant Property Manager Bilingual preferred Experience with Real Page software a plus Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to multi-task Excellent organizational & communication skills
