Full-Time Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage the daily operations of our RV and boat storage facility. This position requires a mix of office duties, customer service, and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Be present in the office from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to answer phone calls and assist customers. Use basic computer skills to operate our rental software program (training provided). Manage and update security access codes within the gate software. Oversee the rental truck and trailer program, occasionally assisting customers after hours or on weekends. Clean and maintain the office, two bathrooms, and the ice machine room. Prepare rental spaces by cleaning them after tenant move-outs and before new move-ins. Ensure the property remains clean and free of trash and debris.

Qualifications:
