Community Manager — Upscale RV Community Weatherford, TX | Full-Time | Onsite $56,700 COMPENSATION PACKAGE+ $10,000-$12,000 PERFORMANCE BONUS $45,000 salary + $11,700 in provided RV site rent, electricity, water, sewer & Wi-Fi Live onsite — your RV homesite and utilities are provided. Homestead RV Community is a 113-site upscale, long-term RV community in Weatherford, Texas. We're looking for an experienced, dependable Community Manager to oversee daily operations and help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming community. You'll manage: Resident relations and customer service Leasing, move-ins and renewals Collections Maintenance and vendor coordination Community appearance and standards Office operations and records Basic financial reporting Occupancy and resident satisfaction We're looking for: Property, RV, apartment, hotel or hospitality management experience Strong people and customer-service skills Good organizational and computer skills Experience with leasing, collections or property operations Professional, dependable and able to work independently RV experience is preferred, but not required.
