Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management. Manage lease or rental agreement processes, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local landlord-tenant laws. Utilize property management tools such as Buildium to track occupancy, rent collections, and maintenance requests efficiently. Coordinate property maintenance activities to ensure properties remain in excellent condition. Handle client communication with professionalism via phone etiquette, email correspondence, and face-to-face interactions. Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and records related to contracts, legal documents, and property files. Requirements Must have TX Real Estate license and be willing to change brokers. 2 + years experience Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations. Proficiency in property management software. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, conflict resolution, and contract management. Knowledge of property maintenance procedures.
