On-Site Seasonal Property Management Team - Housing Provided Pinnacle FG, LLC | Manila, Utah Seasonal | September 2026 - November 1, 2026 On-Site Housing and Utilities Provided Opportunity to Return for the 2027 Season About the Position Pinnacle FG, LLC is seeking a dependable two-person management team to live on-site and assist with the daily operations of our small resort property in Manila, Utah, near Flaming Gorge. This opportunity is designed for two individuals applying together who are comfortable sharing the employer-provided on-site living accommodations. The provided accommodation consists of one shared room. The management team will work together to provide excellent guest service while managing reservations, guest needs, housekeeping, laundry, and the general day-to-day operation of the property. The positions will begin in September 2026. Applicants must be available before September 21, 2026, to allow time for training and transition with the current property manager. The initial seasonal assignment will continue through November 1, 2026. There may be an opportunity to return when the property reopens for the 2027 season in April. Responsibilities Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out. Manage reservations and respond to guest questions and requests. Provide friendly and responsive customer service throughout each guest's stay. Assist with the general oversight of daily property operations. Clean and prepare guest rooms between stays. Clean and maintain common areas. Complete laundry and manage linens, towels, and guest-room supplies. Monitor housekeeping and property supplies. Respond to routine guest concerns and requests. Identify and communicate maintenance or property concerns. Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming environment. Communicate with ownership regarding guest concerns, property needs, and operational issues. Perform other reasonable duties related to the daily operation of the property. Qualifications Applicants must apply as a two-person team. Both individuals must be willing and able to live on-site for the duration of the seasonal assignment. Both applicants must be comfortable sharing the provided one-room living accommodation. Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable and professional with the ability to work with limited day-to-day supervision. Strong organization and time-management skills. Previous hospitality, hotel, resort, vacation rental, property management, housekeeping, or related experience is preferred but not required. Schedule and Seasonal Term This is an on-site seasonal position. Because responsibilities are based on guest occupancy and property needs, schedules may vary throughout the season.
