Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

The Property Manager oversees all aspects of community performance—from leasing and resident experience to financial results and asset care—while representing a brand rooted in adventure, comfort, and modern desert living. Property Manager Details:

Direct Hire position $55,000.00 /annually Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Drive property occupancy, revenue, NOI, leasing, renewals, and performance. Manage budgets, expenses, collections, accounting, and delinquency. Deliver exceptional resident experiences while improving retention. Oversee maintenance, vendors, turns, capital projects, and emergencies. Execute data-driven pricing and lease-up strategies. Ensure legal compliance, accurate reporting, audit-ready records, and risk escalation.

Property Manager Qualifications:

2+ years of multifamily property management or Assistant Property Manager experience. Strong skills in leasing, budgeting, financial reporting, and closing. Knowledge of Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and property management software. High school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and background check required. Bachelor's degree, CAM/ARM/CPM certification, Entrata/Rent Manager, lease-up, build-to-rent, or Spanish experience preferred.
