May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description
Who We Are Red Rock Vacation Rentals is seeking an Property Success Manager to join our growing team! We are a locally owned, employee-focused company with a supportive and team-oriented culture. As the largest vacation rental company in Southern Utah, we are always looking for motivated individuals to join our team, contribute fresh ideas, and grow within the company. As a Property Success Manager, you'll support the Owner Services Manager by coordinating daily operations related to property inspections, inventory, property readiness, and issue resolution. This position works closely with inspectors, housekeeping, maintenance, vendors, and internal teams to ensure vacation rental properties remain guest-ready and owner needs are addressed promptly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on fieldwork. Key Responsibilities Assign daily inspections based on property cleans and guest check-ins. Monitor inspection progress and follow up on missed, delayed, or incomplete work. Communicate fieldwork patterns, inconsistencies, and performance concerns to the Owner Services Manager. Direct incoming property issues to the appropriate team and follow through until resolution. Manage property inventory, including identifying needs, sourcing products, ordering, billing, delivery, and documentation. Record replacement charges accurately and report significant or recurring expenses. Assist with new-property onboarding, inventory labeling, setup, staging, and photoshoots. Help develop and improve ordering, receiving, inventory, and departmental procedures. Create and maintain training materials and procedures in Trainual. Prepare monthly inventory trend reports for the Owner Services Manager. Provide observations regarding individual property inspector performance. Assist with training new Property Success Managers and float-team members. Communicate workload limitations and request additional support when needed.
