On-site Schedule:
7:00am- 7:00pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (Full-time) Are you a confident leader who thrives in high-acuity environments?
Responsibilities:
Lead and train 3-5 residential staff by providing guidance answering questions, modeling interventions, and managing escalated situations. Provide supervision and emotional support to adolescent girls (ages 12-17) in a high-acuity residential setting. Lead interventions during behavioral escalations, aggression, and critical safety incidents. Guide new hires through a structured, checklist-based on-shift orientation. Assign responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth, efficient shift operations. Conduct weekly 1on1 meeting's with direct supports. Be on-call for critical incidents and lead response efforts when needed. Uphold treatment plans and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and day staff. Participate in leadership meetings, relaying relevent information during treatment team meeting's as necessary.Qualifications:
What we are looking for: 2 years working in a Residential Treatment Center or Inpatient Setting. 1 year of leadership experience. Experience working with adolescent teenagers. Skilled in de-escalation and managing high-acuity, emotionally charged situations. Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and support staff. Comfortable making quick decisions and leading during safety-related incidents. Maintains firm boundaries and models emotionally regulated behavior.Required:
Meets Core Requirements:
Must be 21+, hold a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license with a clean record, and pass a Utah State background check.Benefits:
