Job Description

Dreyfuss Management is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager for a Multi-Family Community located in Alexandria, VA. A minimum of two years of experience as an assistant property manager with Yadri experience and one-year leasing consultant experience is required. Bilingual in English/Spanish is required. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Possess strong attention to detail. Must have excellent sales skills. Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community and team in a positive manner. Must have outstanding oral and written communication skills. Knowledge in operation of phone/computer/keyboard/copier/scanner, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook) and Yardi, CRM, Site manager, and Rent Café. Must possess a pleasant attitude and the ability to assist residents and vendors under all circumstances. Have the ability to diffuse and respond to a resident's concern to avoid escalation of a problem. Participate in training in order to comply with new and existing laws. The ability to counsel and discuss accounts with the resident. Market and lease apartments. Handle delinquent accounts and prepare reports. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections. Must be flexible and dependable. Must use and understand social media and its trends. Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
