Overview This is a role for someone who leads by example steady under pressure, dependable without being told twice, and skilled at de-escalating tense moments before they become bigger problems. As Residential House Manager, you'll be the anchor of the home: the person residents and staff count on to keep things running safely, fairly, and on schedule. If you take direction well, hold yourself accountable, and know how to read a room and calm it down when needed, we want to talk to you. This isn't a role for someone looking to coast. It's for someone who takes ownership of their shift, follows through without needing to be micromanaged, and treats the residents in their care with respect and professionalism every time.
