Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

This position will oversee property needs, financial performance, vendor relationships, tenant service, and ongoing operational initiatives. This individual should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership from issue identification through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing property operations and ensure day-to-day needs are addressed efficiently. Review budgets, expenses, financial information, and operational results. Coordinate with internal departments and outside vendors to support property initiatives. Develop and maintain professional relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve property operations and financial results. Coordinate repairs, improvements, maintenance needs, and tenant-related requests. Investigate issues, communicate solutions, and ensure appropriate follow-up. Assist with property-related compliance, insurance, risk, and administrative matters. Monitor relevant market and industry developments. Help ensure properties present a professional, safe, and well-maintained environment.
Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial real estate or property management experience. Experience overseeing commercial properties or a comparable portfolio. Working knowledge of property budgets, financial reporting, and operating expenses. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable taking initiative. Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and deadlines. Professional presence when working with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms. Demonstrated career progression and professional stability. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Additional Details:
Full-time position. Standard Monday-Friday business schedule. Local travel may be required depending on business needs. Some after-hours availability may occasionally be necessary.
