Job Description
Portfolio Community Manager CMCA Candidate Required Salary commensurate with experience $65k - $120k Sequoia Management Company is seeking a dedicated and motivated Portfolio Community Manager to join our growing team. The Community Manager serves as the primary liaison between Sequoia Management Company and the Association's Board of Directors, providing professional guidance, operational oversight, and exceptional customer service to the communities we manage. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should possess a professional demeanor, strong leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of community association management best practices.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a portfolio of community associations
- Advising and mentoring Boards of Directors
- Vendor and contract management
- Financial oversight, budgeting, and review of association reports
- Covenant/rule enforcement and compliance
- Coordinating meetings, projects, and community communications
- Responding to homeowner and board inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
- CMCA certification or active CMCA candidacy required
- Prior community association management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and office software

Requirements:
Required Experience/Skills:
2-years' experience as a Community Association Manager. CMCA Licensed, or higher. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication. High-School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License.Preferred Experience/Skills:
3+ years' experience as a Community Association Manager. Experience managing developer-controlled communities. Experience managing Condominiums. CMCA, AMS, PCAM, or LCM designations preferred. Qualified candidates should forward their resume.Job Type:
