Our Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit (RCSU) offers a safe and supportive environment for short-term intervention, aiming to stabilize and transition clients to appropriate levels of care.Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our RCSU. This role is pivotal in ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, strong leadership, and a commitment to high-quality, client-centered care.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the RCSU, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients. Manage staff scheduling to maintain 24/7 coverage, including coordinating with community agencies and hospitals for referrals. Facilitate client enrollment and intake processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Supervise and support staff, providing training and performance evaluations. Coordinate with external agencies for continuous resident care and manage supply budgets. Ensure adherence to DBHDS and Medicaid standards, maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Respond to emergencies and crises, implementing appropriate interventions.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in residential or mental health settings. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
