Job Description

Pathway Homes is a nonprofit organization providing Assisted Living level of services for adults with mental illness and co-occurring disorders. We are seeking a highly motivated clinician to join our team in an in a supervisor role.
RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Team Lead:
Responsible for the oversight of direct care staff in the provision of community-based supportive services, including the teaching of independent living skills. Engages in ongoing clinical assessments, formulates accurate diagnostic impressions based on the DSM, and adapts services and interventions accordingly. Responsible for crisis intervention, ensuring appropriate actions to facilitate the safety/security of individuals, staff and community, and document the crisis immediately and in accordance with agency standards. Partners effectively with individuals in the development of mutually agreed upon goals and in the evaluation and implementation and of individualized service plans. Assists director in ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations, CARF, DMAS and agency standards, and in evaluating program effectiveness, recommending, and implementing needed modifications. Assists the Director in providing oversight of the program's medication management to ensure compliance with agency/program's procedures and policies. Promote and support each individual's recovery to include increased skills, sobriety, psychiatric stability, securing more independent housing, and meaningful community engagement. Responsible for establishing and promoting cooperative and collaborative relationships with individuals' families, other providers, professional agencies and other community members.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3-11; Tuesday, 2-10
Required Qualifications :
Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Social Services or related field. Two years of experience providing services for individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders. Supervisory experience preferred.
Salary:
