Job Description

Sub-Family Definition Community Reinvestment is responsible for supporting the organizational community presence strategy, activities, and reporting to ensure compliance, strengthen community impact, and promote fair and equitable access to financial services.
Activities may include:
Collecting, validating, and analyzing community reinvestment related data. Monitoring community development lending, investments, and services. Preparing regulatory reports and examination materials. Implementing processes and controls that ensure accurate tracking of community reinvestment eligible activities. Collaborating with business units to identify community development opportunities. Supporting outreach efforts with nonprofit organizations, community partners, and local stakeholders. Career Specialization Definition CRA Compliance is responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requirements and supporting strategies that promote community development and responsible banking practices.
Activities may include:
Monitoring regulatory requirements and emerging guidance Assessing CRA performance and reporting obligations Conducting risk assessments and control reviews Supporting examinations and regulatory interactions Providing guidance to business partners regarding CRA requirements Developing policies, procedures, and training programs Other duties as assigned Career Level Definition Recognized subject matter expert in a job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
Responsibilities typically include:
Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager. Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
