May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description
- $171,900 Job Description Description Amazon's Security team is looking for a Supply Chain Risk and Property Management specialist, a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, to own hardware supply-chain assurance and property accountability for a U.
- Run supply-chain risk analysis: HBOM/SBOM, vendor vetting, and provenance verification (A147).
- Manage GFP and property accountability: receipt, serialization, tracking, and disposition.
- Coordinate with hardware vendors (e.g., GPU and storage vendors) on component data and integrity.
- Support secure spares handling and end-of-life disposition.
- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- 3+ years of program or project management experience, or a MBA and 3+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience with HBOM/SBOM, provenance, or hardware lifecycle management.
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with U.S. Government/IC supply-chain security and C-SCRM deliverables.
- Familiarity with counterfeit-risk and firmware-integrity assessment.
- PMP or supply-chain certification.
