Salary:
$85,000-$110,000 annually

Skyline CAP, Inc. is seeking an experienced, visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our nonprofit Community Action Agency into its next chapter. This is an opportunity to guide an organization that has been serving local families for decades through programs that promote self-sufficiency, early childhood education, housing stability, and family well-being. As CEO, you'll work closely with an engaged Board of Directors while leading a dedicated management team responsible for a wide range of community programs, including Head Start, housing services, Healthy Families, and other initiatives that improve the lives of children and families throughout our region. What You'll Do As our CEO, you will: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the organization. Partner with the Board of Directors to establish long-term goals and organizational priorities. Oversee agency operations, financial stewardship, and regulatory compliance. Serve as the Head Start Director, providing leadership for one of our largest and most impactful programs. Lead grant development, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure long-term sustainability. Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, school divisions, government agencies, funders, and stakeholders. Inspire, mentor, and support an experienced leadership team. Promote a positive workplace culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Represent Skyline CAP throughout the communities we serve. What We're Looking For Successful candidates will have: A bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred). Significant leadership and management experience. Experience supervising professional staff and developing high-performing teams. Strong financial management and budget oversight skills. Experience with strategic planning and organizational leadership. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Experience with grant development, public funding, or nonprofit administration is highly desirable. Knowledge of Community Action Agencies, Head Start, human services, or similar nonprofit organizations is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$85,000-$110,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Skyline CAP also offers a competitive benefits package, including paid leave, holidays, retirement benefits, and health insurance.
