Portfolio Manager $125,000-$145,000 Full-Time / Onsite in

McLean, VA Summary:

Our client is a national real estate firm specialized in the acquisition and management of GSA leased assets. We're looking for a portfolio manager whose primary responsibility is the daily financial and operational management of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets. This person should be knowledgeable in commercial real estate, financial accounting, tenant construction and have a strong mechanical aptitude.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Supervision of 3rd party property management companies Oversight of all physical operations of a portfolio of buildings Management of major mechanical and structural capital improvements Tenant construction oversight Work with 3rd party property managers to negotiate and manage vendor service contracts and prepare bids Conduct routine property inspections Excellent customer service in interacting with GSA tenants Annual budget preparation Ensure adherence to all lease requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial property management experience. 4 year college degree, BA/BS. CPM, RPA, and/or other related certifications are preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required. MRI Accounting Software is preferred.
