Position Summary The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the property, ensuring excellent resident service, high occupancy, regulatory compliance, property maintenance, financial administration, and staff supervision. This role reports to the Regional Manager and oversees all on-site team members. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve resident concerns. Maintain high occupancy levels and oversee leasing, resident eligibility, and recertifications. Supervise and support property staff, including maintenance personnel. Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance. Manage rent collection, recordkeeping, purchasing, and budget-related activities. Prepare reports, maintain property records, and handle correspondence. Coordinate resident events and community activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, housing regulations, and operational procedures. Attend required meetings, training sessions, and seminars. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of on-site property management experience. Property management certifications/designations preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and supervise staff effectively.
Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
