The Position As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations for our commercial properties. You'll work closely with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to maintain exceptional service, ensure accurate administrative and financial processes, and support the Property Manager in a wide range of projects and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support, including filing, scanning, faxing, and distributing lease documents and correspondence. Maintain accurate records for financial transactions, work orders, and tenant communications. Support front desk operations as needed, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and assisting tenants and vendors. Serve as the first point of contact for tenant requests, concerns, and communications. Maintain organized records of leases, payments, work orders, and tenant correspondence. Support vendor management, including RFPs, bids, and contract administration. Perform property inspections as needed. Contribute to process improvements and data analysis to optimize operations.

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in commercial real estate or property management. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office (Word,

•Intermediate level Excel, Outlook); experience with Yardi a plus. An understanding of basic accounting and budgeting principles. A self-starter dedicated to providing excellent tenant service.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
