A Residential Community Manager manages operations for an apartment community. Responsible for the maintenance and profitability of the apartment community. May provide information about the community to prospective residents, troubleshoot issues with the buildings and community residents. May also review and approve new lease applications, or be responsible for negotiating and closing sales.

This Sounds Like You:
While fitness industry experience isn't required, a talent for communication and great soft skills are essential. We're looking for someone who is: A true people person: friendly, outgoing, warm, and genuine. Driven by results and highly self-motivated. Tech-savvy and comfortable using software and social media. A master of time management. At least 18 years old with the flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. With proven performance, pay structure flexible to change and hours per week will likely sit around 32 hours. We are staffed Monday-Saturday.
